Shipping policy
- After checkout, you will receive an email as soon as your order is confirmed. Another email will follow as soon as your shipping label has been created.
- Items in stock usually ship within the first week after your initial purchase date. No specific delivery date is given to you by Bimyou Workshop, please make sure to keep track of your order if a tracking number has been provided with your purchase. Orders placed on Friday will not ship out until the following weekday. During convention seasons, shipping may be delayed until the following week after the convention date.
- For pre-order purchases, please allow 3-8 weeks for manufacturing and inspection before items are sent to you. Further announcements are made on our social media, and/or product information here on the website.
- Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 days for delivery after initial shipment. International shipment may take over a month, if not longer, due to the nature of international customs and imports.
