Below are some frequently asked questions regarding our itasha art commissions, and services:

  • Where are we located? 

    • Southern California, Los Angeles/Orange County

  • Do you do your own custom wrap for vehicles? 

    • Yes, we design all of our Itasha vehicles from scratch. 

  • Do you design other vehicles, such as motorcycles? 

    • At the moment, no. We do not have the template for motorcycles, but if you have a template we can arrange something.

  • Do you design non-animed or non-Itasha vehicles?

    • Yes, we do! We're open to the idea of doing something different, contact us if you have any other questions!

  • How much does an Itasha design typically cost? 
    Our pricing varies on the design you want.

    • Full - $1400 (with 2 character artworks) - This includes a full color-change wrap, with close to no original body paint showing. Sides are mirrored, using 1 artwork while the hood uses 1 as well. Alternatively, sides can use both artworks and no artwork for the hood.

    • Sides + Hood - $1200 (with 2 character artworks) - This includes full designs that utilizes your OEM vehicle paint as the base color of the design. Sides are mirrored, using 1 artwork while the hood uses 1 as well. Alternatively, sides can use both artworks and no artwork for the hood.

    • Sides - $800 (with 1 character artwork) - This includes a full design for the side of your vehicle, but utilizes your OEM paint as the base color.

    • Hood - $400 (with 1 character artwork) - This includes a full design for the hood of your vehicle, it can either cover the whole hood or utilize the OEM paint as a base color.

  • Can we design, ship and print designs? 

    • Yes, we can. We have teamed up with Awthentik Design Group to help you print and ship the wrap designs. This is not included with the price of the design. It is at a separate cost that will be quoted from Awthentik Design Group when the design is completed. If you choose this route, we are not responsible for any damages, incorrect installation, or anything that has been done prior to the wrap being installed. There is no warranty.

  • Can we design for internationals? 

    • Yes, we can do that!

  • What is the wait time for wraps?

    • It depends on the art you want. If you want it to be custom drawn from an artist, it will vary depending on when they deliver the art to us. Usually they're very booked so expect to wait anywhere between 1-4 months depending on queue times. If you want it to use official art, it will be vectored (~3-5 days). After we receive the files we can get to work on planning your vehicle. Completion time will usually be done within the month unless other client projects are being worked on.

    • Wrap: After the design is completed, we will send the design to a trusted local print shop, Awthentik Design Group, in Southern California. This is when we schedule a date and time for you to bring your car into the shop for a few days. (NOTE: YOUR VEHICLE WILL NEED TO REMAIN IN THE SHOP DURING THE WHOLE WRAP PROCESS.) The length process of wrapping your vehicle varies depending on what you're getting done (ie. hood wrap, side wrap, partial wrap, full wrap, etc.)

    • Another factor to take into account is there are other people who are ahead of you. The further down the list you are in the queue, the longer you have to wait. 

    • Recommend: I would highly recommend adding yourself onto the queue if you want your vehicle to be done ASAP. We have been getting an influx of messages in regards to Itashas. 

  • What is the down payment? 

    • The down payment is for the wrap design. Depending on what you want your design to be. It will be a half down payment to guarantee your spot. This is non-refundable. 

  • Do we have to have your logo? 

    • Yes, you are required to use our logo, StyleUP! However, it is optional to use/represent either Bimyou Workshop’s and/or Baejai Apparel's logo on your vehicle after getting your design/wrap done by us.

  •  Is it “street” legal to drive an Itasha?

    • We believe itasha to be perfectly legal, at least in California, but please do verify with your local agencies just to be sure!

  • Can you do erotic designs?

    • StyleUP! represents a non-erotic nature, and professionalism. If you wish for that type of art, we can refer you to one of our sister companies or other artists that we trust.

  • Where can you contact us regarding designs? 

  • Things to keep note of:

    • Must be able to use Discord for communication with our artists. This process makes it easier for us to keep track of each project on hand.
