Order Submission & Policy

 

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we regret to inform you that you cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please take some time to carefully review your order prior to checking out. Bimyou Workshop does not offer refunds, or exchanges.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 3-12 business days to process your order. This does not include federal holidays. 

 

Production Time

Bimyou Workshop does not make products in-house.
Production time for out-of-stock items can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks for stickers, and 3-8 weeks for everything else.
Manufacturer delays do happen from time to time, so please follow us on our main Instagram (@bimyou.workshop), for regular updates.

 

Shipping

  • After checkout, you will receive an email as soon as your order is confirmed. Another email will follow as soon as your shipping label has been created.

  • Items in stock usually ship within the first week after your initial purchase date. No specific delivery date is given to you by Bimyou Workshop, please make sure to keep track of your order if a tracking number has been provided with your purchase. Orders placed on Friday will not ship out until the following weekday. During convention seasons, shipping may be delayed until the following week after the convention date.

  • For pre-order purchases, please allow 3-8 weeks for manufacturing and inspection before items are sent to you. Further announcements are made on our social media, and/or product information here on the website.

  • Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 days for delivery after initial shipment. International shipment may take over a month, if not longer, due to the nature of international customs and imports.

 

 

Shipping Policy

Bimyou Workshop is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit due to the shipping company’s handling. We are taking extra precautions to ensure your package is safely delivered to you, but there are no warranties for the safety of the item during transit.

  • A tracking number is supplied with every order through Bimyou Workshop.

  • International orders may require to pay an additional tariff imposed by the country being shipped to. If this is the case, Bimyou Workshop is not responsible for paying the tariff. If the tariff cannot be paid or if the item cannot be received, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

  • If postage is required upon collection of your item, Bimyou Workshop is not responsible for covering the postage cost.

  • No insurance is offered for packages sent by Bimyou Workshop.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Mailing Address:

In the event that your order gets returned to us due to an error on the provided mailing address, Bimyou Workshop is not liable for the order not being delivered correctly. The customer may request to reship their order but must cover the new shipping cost. In the circumstances that the package does not return to us, Bimyou Workshop is not liable to replace your order.

Stolen or Misdelivered Orders:

Bimyou Workshop does not cover replacements, or refunds on orders that are either misdelivered, or stolen. Please contact your local postal carrier in regards to your missing order. In the event that the package is not found, you may file for a Missing Mail Search Request. To receive assistance in regards to a Missing Mail Search Request, you may contact us via email.

 

 

Bimyou Workshop is not responsible for any delays in shipping or packages lost in transit due to the shipping company’s error(s).
